We held the entrance ceremony on 14 September, 2019. This year we were pleased to welcome 10 new students into the SCOPE. The entrance ceremony started with a warm and encouraging greeting by the President of Hosei University, Yuko Tanaka. Following the ceremony, the new students were given a faculty orientation led by the chief of the program, Professor Eiko Saeki. After the orientation, new students were invited to a welcome party where they had the chance to talk casually with faculty and staff members, and to mix with other freshmen from other English programs at Hosei University.
